Video-based Feedback/Coaching Overview      
EDG has achieved dramatic results using video-based feedback and coaching to improve executives’ communication. Highly successful executives are almost always excellent communicators. Video Feedback

Video-based Coaching
Subsequent video-based coaching enables executives to build new skills at a highly accelerated pace. Here’s how it works. The executive practices new skills in real life simulations. Executive and coach then review, critique, and refine the performance. At the session’s conclusion, the executive commits to targeted application of new skills to the workplace. The sessions continue until desired proficiency has been demonstrated and validated.
