Distribute draft survey to representative stakeholders; incorporate input
Obtain final content approval

Draft initial memo to survey takers
Distribute instructions
Serve as resource for survey takers
Survey Interpretation and Follow-Up
Compile results in overview, detail, and/or comparison reports
Help clients to understand survey results and to identify improvement targets and action plans
