Coaching & Developing Employees It is not uncommon for managers to focus on employee development only during employees’ annual performance reviews. Accordingly, employees do not acquire requisite competencies and confidence in a timely manner.  Employee performance and satisfaction suffer and their managers remain excessively involved in day-to-day activities.              
 
This program provides a framework and tools to guide continuous, accelerated employee development.
